Probably the worst flight I’ve ever had. I was in another tiger moth like the one I’ve used in the Whitsundays because they’re usually good to shoot from - I can utilise both sides because the pilot sits behind me (unlike a Cessna) and it’s relatively unobstructed, but this time there was a strong on-shore wind which bounces off the buildings creating massive turbulence. I’m not good in planes (or boats) at the best of times so I had to cut the flight short before I started throwing up all over the tourists below. We were getting tossed around so much it was difficult to get a decent shot anyway. I managed some shots I like but I’m in no hurry to go back up there again.
