Melbourne at Night

This is half the view from the 55th floor of the Eureka building (the tallest building in Melbourne, at least for now) and you can have it (and the other half which looks to the east) if you fork out around $1.5m for a two bedroom apartment. I was able to take this shot because the couple staying there were customers who let me set up my tripod in their lounge one evening. We turned off all the lights in an attempt to minimise glare but I still had to deal with reflections off the window which was a bit of a problem, but if you want to take a shot from the sky deck which is up on the 88th floor it’s an absolute nightmare (lights all over the place and people everywhere).
